How can I determine who opened the email when email tracking is enabled? For instance, my colleague is in copy with a customer and email tracking shows email was opened at "x" time. Well, how do I know who opened the email? Does email tracking also track if you opened it if you're only in copy?

    Hi @Jennifer_18901 , at the moment it is not possible to identify with email tracking which person opens an email, only when and how many times. This applies for every recipient of the email.

    If you happen to open your own email outside of the Pipedrive inbox, such as in your email provider directly, that will also count as an open for purposes of email tracking.
