    Ok understand! I don't know where they find contacts, but I think is a "big merge" from Linkedin, Google and.... Pipedrive :)
    We use it a lot to find some contacts for specifics kind of company.
    For example if we want to find some companies on "Tourism" we do this kind of search and we take all the CEO contacts and then we send them a cold email.
