Deals in Pipeline. My problem is that if a Deal is won when it is paid for, and some pay up front and some pay at the end by invoice, how can I devise a pipe or pipes that will cater for that? Can won deals move to another pipeline so I can continue them?

    Yes, I think this point is really valid. In my opinion it would be great if you could have each sales persons pipeline contain the stages of the deal and then a final column on the RHS called "Won Deal to be processed" or something like that. That way the sales personnel could open their pipeline and see everything they're trying to close and everything that needs to be finalised. This should help them to push administration or finance to get the deals finalised in the BMS.
