You need to upgrade to the advanced plan in order to connect your business email.
My email account will not connect
I lost the ability to send emails about 30 minutes ago. The buttons to the left side of the Sales Inbox user interface are gone. There's no button to create a new message, and I can't click to see what I've sent, what I've archived, etc.
When I send an email from a person record, I can click the green send button all I want, and nothing goes.
My email account is not connected, this is the message I get.
Email accounts disconnected. Go to settings to reactivate email account sync. When I got to the account it said Something went wrong. Please re-authenticate.

Hi @scruggie , that seems like a momentary incident, or an account-specific issue. I'm hoping that by the time you see this comment, your email sync will be up and running. But if that is not the case, please contact our friendly neighborhood support team.
This is what the email sales inbox says: Email account disconnected (XXXXXX.com). Go to settings to reconnect your email account.
