What are your guidelines for modifying Probability % and Expected Close Date in Deals? Do your team members modify these values arbitrarily as they see fit or do you have pre-defined rules and guidelines for doing so?

Hi Ryan, i think is depending of kind of business. You have to set rules about your strategy. For example if you have 4 stages on a pipeline you can use this kind of set:
Request 0%
Sent quotation 30%
Integration 60%
Final Negotiation 90%
