How to track deals that are re-opened? Creating campaigns to lost deals and one of the metrics to track the effectiveness is the number of deals that are re-opened (conversations resumed). Wondering how I can achieve this. Any tips?

    This is a good question @Karthikeyan T .

Pipedrive doesn't have a separate status for "reopened" deals. They're open or closed and won or lost.

Philosophically, I don't ever recommend reopening a deal. I would recommend creating a new deal when your marketing campaigns engage a lead. Then I would probably just create a custom field that the sales person could use to identify that the lead came from x campaign. If you can find a way to use custom fields or labels, you can track those specific deals!

    2 ways:

    1. Like @Joshua Hindman suggested, create a new deal associated with the same Person. That way, the total Deal count will go up by 1.
    2. Create a custom field to track the number of Close a deal has had. Set up a ZAP to increment the number every time the deal is won/lost.
