Does Pipedrive have any plans to create a ticketing system for customer support? Like Hubspot Tickets. We would find it very useful. Would anyone else? If it is not on the agenda - what is the best service ticketing software to connect pipedrive with?

Zendesk is overkill for us. Having a lightweight solution integrated with Pipedrive would be helpful. We live it in and having to open yet another program (and the expense) is painful.
