How do you identify & merge accounts with SignUp? So merge Pre-Signup Accounts with Signup accounts

How do you identify & merge accounts with SignUp? So merge Pre-Signup Accounts with Signup accounts if that is the same account. 95% of signups are not contacted Pre-Signup.

    I use "dedupe.ly"

    It's a very powerful auto-merge tool that works for people, organizations, and deals

    It can be time-intensive to set up rules that work for your particular scenarios, but if you struggle with duplicate entries, it's well worth the time

    @Robert Fanke Seems like you have a website/form with very high traffic and you sell saas? Seems like we are in the same problem!. If you want to merge different persons from the same company who signup at different times, then it can be done. Not really sure what you are really looking for! Would love to connect and discuss how you manage it now. I will have to sort it out soon!
