I'm trying to set up a work flow that when a lead is created by one person, it will send out an email from a template, change the owner then schedule 1 month follow up (under new owner), then schedule 2 month follow up. [my issue is it won't set the follow ups to the new owner}

    Can't tell for sure what the issue is without actually looking at your workflow setup.

    You automation is supposed to have the following actions:

    1. Send email
    2. Change ownership
    3. Create activity 1
    4. Create activity 2

    Outputs of the previous step (2) should be used in the outputs of subsequent steps (3, 4).
