Hello, I'm thinking about using PipeDrive....I have a question; Can I use MailShake and ActiveCampaign at the same time with PipeDrive?

As long as the configuration and integration for each is well defined, there shouldn't be a problem.

Mailshake has a direct integration with Pipedrive, available in the Marketplace 

With ActiveCampaign you have two options to integrate Pipedrive:

• If you use ActiveCampaign as the main database / system of record and only want to sync some most engaged contacts to Pipedrive for pipeline management, then the native integration offered by AC works great 
• If you use Pipedrive as the main database / system of record and want to sync only certain contacts to ActiveCampaign for lead nurturing,  then our Pipedrive-ActiveCampaign integration works better
