Templates lost

I used templates to send out offers with a digital signature. Normally when creating a document, one selected template and it loaded all the specifics. The template disappeared. Can you tell me where I can find it?

    Hi Eigenaar,

    If you are using smartdocs add-on to send your documents with e-sign, you can find your template in the Google Drive (if you are using Google Workspace) or SharePoint/OneDrive (if you are using Office 365).

    Those templates and documents that you are generated are stocked into those drive and not directly on Pipedrive. So you normally can find easily all your templates and documents there.
