Hello Community,


Can anyone please explain the definitions of 'viewed' and 'clicked'. I've just launched Live Chat on our website but wanted to confirm what these results meant.

    Hi Greg,

    If my understanding is good, the viewed tab is the number of time that someone go through your page where the chatbot is. And the clicked one is when the person click on the chatbot/chat live and started the process.
