When I assign a lead/transfer ownership of a lead to a colleague, can an automatic email be sent?

Hi there,

I monitor our Pipedrive lead inbox and then allocate leads manually from there by transferring ownership to another member of our team. To notify them of this allocation I'd like an automatic email to be sent to them so that they know they're now responsible.

Is this possible in Pipedrive?
