hi everyone, how can we document a mail sent from outlook automatically in pipedrive? thank you !!

    hey Bert!

    If you sync your email system within pipedrive, it will automatically track all your inbound and outbound emails.

    It will not track open rates and click throughs unless you send the email directly from pipedrive!

    Hi, you can also use smart bcc email address, which is basically a manual way, how to sync it with persons/deals etc.

    Hi @Bert Caryn !

    Just like @Justin Stephens and @Martin Pecha said, you can use Pipedrive's Email Sync feature to do that. Learn more about it here.

    It's a great time-saver and also spares you the trouble of constantly changing context to another tab in your browser.
