Workflow: Add attachment from deal to mail

Hi,

we have modeled a deal workflow where in the last step of the pipeline an email is sent to the customer.

In a step before, we add an attachment to the deal in pipedrive by an external service, let's say "abc.pdf". Every file is unique for a deal, as it is generated based on different input.

In the last step of the workflow, we want to send an email to the deal customer contact and automatically attach the deal files abc.pdf (the name is always the same).

Is there any way to achieve this?

    Hello @madaki ,

    The pipedrive automation does not have a attachment option in send email using template

    nor does it have in send mail

    So you will need a integration Tool like zapier, automate.io or similar. Or straight up programming
