Anyone having trouble with this feature? We have a new startup that is growing very quickly with maybe 300 subscribed customers, a tight community, but dealing with PipeDrive is one issue after another. First we started the trial, then they said we couldn't use all the functions like automation until the trial ended (what's the point of a trial?). They they said we are violating their terms but won't say what we are violating - it was a boilerplate email linking to their 50 pages of legalize. We are doing everything by the book. I contact support and they just repeat the reply I already received. Is there no one at PipeDrive who can help a customer with actual info regarding this? To say this has been a frustrating experience is an understatement.
