Do you have problems with email syncing on a very regular basis?

My company has about six users, using PD. We use Exchange services for our email and our email sync works 70% of the time. Two PD admins spend a lot of time, clearing cache, testing in icognito, removing sync, adding sync back in - trying to get email to sync. We are all using Chrome browsers.
