Hey guys, so we would like to create an automation to send delayed emails, but our customers are from different time zones. How should we do that?
Actually, the best way would be to have an automation per time zone that you have.
Not all the timezone in the world but if you can split the timezone into 3 or 4 groups, it will be great I think to separate the automation.
For that just add a condition in function of a country if you have the address for example or a specific custom filed Timezone that you created.
