We are finding that multiple people are talking to the same contact without knowing. Is there a way for admins to be able to track or see emails between contacts and salespeople?
The only way is to activate the option "Share all my linked email conversations with others in my company":
Like this, each email lined to a contact all appear on the historic and all the salespeople can see the emails sent and received by the contact.
