Trigger Email Automation only first time project (deal) is moved to a phase
I would like to send an email when a deal or project is moved to a phase for the first time. Based on my workflow, however, it may be that the deal or project gets moved out of that phase and back into it later on - maybe many times.
Is it possible to trigger the email automation only the first time a deal or project gets moved into that phase so that the contact isn't seeing all the times the project gets moved around on our workflow?

You can use the 'has been' condition or use a custom field to log if an email has already been sent.
