Keeping deal info once Won
Hi all,
we are a construction company and once our sales team have won a deal the projects commences construction. However we still need to see the deal in a pipeline and give after sales care for a number of months.
how can we go about this as we still want the sales data to be real time and not delayed by waiting months to mark the deal as won.
What are the rest doing?

These are 2 different flows: Pipedrive, as we know, is a sales CRM. For after-sales, you can use a different tool like Asana, or use a separate pipeline (I don't recommend this) where a copy of a deal is added as soon as the deal is marked won in the main pipeline.
Your won deals can still have after-sales activities created against them.

I am in construction also and have created a filter to view post award and also have additional stages for complex programmes and client reporting (length of time in various stages can be a handy metric "Scope of works complete" "Additional works required" "PC" "Handover"). (As Luke described above)
Go into list view, create a new filter to include status open + status won for that pipeline.
In pipeline view Edit/Add the new stages to the pipeline and use the "user" button to change the view to your new filter.
