Hi - I leave tomorrow and my boss obviously doesn't want to pay for my seat, but doesn't want to lose my information (especially emails). Is there a workaround for this without being charged for another seat? I saw a thread re this but no comments since 2020 - just wondering how to proceed (asking for a friend ....tehe! my boss!) Thank you for any assistance and guidance.

    Because there is no official solution for this problem we came up with this idea.

    Put the person on some free Permission set package and change their password. Before it was called something different I see now that it is called Account Settings
