Does anyone have thought on data cleanse reports

Hi pipedrivers,

We currently have 37,000 contact records in Pipedrive - and are looking to do a bit of a prune as a lot of these contacts are from a legacy CRM import and don't add a lot of value.

We are thinking about writing some reports to select records for deletion. We were thinking "Update time" was probably a good place to start - however does anyone have an approach you usually follow to select records for deletion?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Jamie,

    You can also you the "total activities" condition into your filter. It could be also a good way to check the contact without any activities and effectively the "Update time" is also a good idea.
