Does anyone have thought on data cleanse reports
We currently have 37,000 contact records in Pipedrive - and are looking to do a bit of a prune as a lot of these contacts are from a legacy CRM import and don't add a lot of value.
We are thinking about writing some reports to select records for deletion. We were thinking "Update time" was probably a good place to start - however does anyone have an approach you usually follow to select records for deletion?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
