Link multiple Contact people to a deal
It's gonna be great and awesome if we had the possibility to link more than 1 contact to a deal.
For a SDR's department it's really essential. In our day to day job we have to reach out several people in one organisation to trigger a conversation :-)

I don't know if you know it but you have the "participants" detail in your deals to link more than one person.

I fully understand the notion of "participant", but in term of visibility et clearness, all my team was a little bit "disturb" if I may say, when they didn't saw the two or three main contacts under "contact" but only in participants.

Customer Success teams typically work with several people in every company. It's important to have all email threads in one place for context.
The current workaround is adding multiple emails to the linked person but leaves a lot to be desired.
Perhaps it could be segmented into two sections. "Main point of contact" & "additional contacts".
So that we could see a profile for every person/contact involved in the deal.

Many times I have more than one Point of Contact for a Deal. I have created custom Fields to add a second person to a Deal, however, I also have to create them as a Contact/Person to have their information so I am adding their information twice.
Can we add a second Contact person to a Deal?

Same thought here. For most of my deals, I have more than one contact person. Sometimes it's just HR and some other department... in any case, it's a 1:n relationship, not 1:1 :)

No. This is an often-requested feature. I am sure it will come soon someday.
In the mean time, you can add other people as participants to the deal.

This would be very helpful, especially when there is a business partner or spouse that we need to track communication with. Adding participants to an activity doesn't seem to capture everything we need from the various contacts.

In Pipedrive, you can only add one main contact to a deal. In most cases, however, we have multiple main contacts for a deal. This also affects the automated emails, as these are then only sent to one person. We would like to use automation to send the mail to several contacts within a deal.

@Ruven Klunk sorry for late response. Yes a custom field would only allow 1 extra contact per field.
One can also add multiple Contacts as Participants to the Deal. We use this for adding the other members of the team and whilst they are not connected as the primary contact when one goes onto the Deal, one can see the other associated members in the Participant dropdown.0
