Being able to send email campaigns through Pipedrive is amazing, but it can also be challenging to keep track of all the interactions they create.

What:

With the new Engagement notifications feature can set up in-app notifications for Campaigns through the Sales Assistant tool, to notify you whenever your campaigns generate new engagement.

These notifications will inform you when specific campaign recipients have seen or clicked on your campaign email, based on the frequency settings you selected.
