Campaign emails not generating any responses or emails

Have sent about 20 campaigns so far but have never had any bounces or out of office replies or any actual positive or negative response from them. Anyone else had this issue? Send the same campaign to the same list on mailchimp or hubspot and I get responses and out of office replies etc? Have tried opening a case with support but no joy. Something appears very, very broken

    Try adding a couple of your own emails to the recipients' list to ensure they are at least being sent.

    That was #intelligent...I know they are being sent...#clearly...my question is what is the infrastructure being used for sending, I believe its a new product and they are being overly cautious with recent regulations etc...BUT I am not receiving replies...thats the REAL ISSUE....??
