Does PipeDrive allow us to send cold emails, that is, emails that have not been first opted in?

I discovered today that other platforms like Active Campaign do NOT allow users to send cold emails that have not given permission. Is that not the case with PD?

    Unless something has changed that I am not aware of it is possible to send cold emails to people that haven't done any opt in. I believe it is only limited to sending 200 or so at a time. but you can segregate your list and send them. yes.
