HTML video in Campaigns

We would really like to be able to embed HTML video as we use a video sales tool called Hippo video. For Hippo video to work it must be via its own platform and not just uploaded as a you tube as we can do things like personalise the video for the recipient, track views and link follows etc.
What I don't understand is there an HTML option in campaigns but it does not support the video.
