Suggest people to be added to a New Deal

When you create a new deal from the organization, the new deal form should suggest adding people already connected to that organization. Instead, I have to type their name in. If I forget their last name, I either have to cancel the new deal to check or scroll through tons of options before I find the person for that organization.

Likewise, when I type a person's name in the search it should sort the people with that first name that are connected to the organization at the top of the results list.
