Activity Report Not Exporting Fully?

We have recently hired a new assistant who has been tasked with exporting activity reports. When she downloads it (using Office Libre, which she then uploads to Google Drive to use in Google Sheets) the entire report does NOT download. It's missing the most crucial part: the actual Activity-Note column. (what was discussed with customer, etc). She has all of the full admin permissions, so I'm not sure why the entire report isn't downloading?

Check if the notes are being entered in the Activity notes or the Notes notes section.
