Chatbot Not Capturing Unfinished Chats?

Why is it that when you sign up to try the chat bot it says, "You can now capture the chat conversion URL and unfinished conversation details. You have free access to these premium features for a limited time only" and then when you toggle that option on it doesn't work?
I reached out to chat support and they were absolutely clueless. Is this feature just junk and that not an accurate statement or is there something else that needs to be done besides just toggling that option on?
