Smartdoc is not so smart- any help or solutions ?

Hello

We are using smart docs really successfully for over one and a half years for both contract and daily ops sheets within our business. Its become an integral part of our daily work practice. About a month ago it stopped working correctly and now when creating documents the custom field are not being copied over to the documents. We now need to copy paste each custom field into each document ( about 60 custom fields) and its very time consuming. Pipedrive support is "working" on a solution but 4 weeks on no solution has been offered.

We cant be the only ones - has anyone else had the same problem? or found a solution.

    Hope you are doing well! Sorry to hear about your ongoing issue with Smart Docs. I can see that this is currently in progress and the engineering team is working on this one - apologies for the delay in getting a resolution!
