Do you manage shifts on Pipedrive?

Hey Pipedrivers,

I'm looking for an easy way that is integrated with Pipedrive to manage our customer success team, do you have any ideas/recommendations on how to do that within our outside Pipedrive?

We'd like to have an option for each employee to suggest times for shifts and for us to book each of them accordingly.

    I don't know the entire usecase, but if it is about assigning new deals to people who are currently working, RouterJet has this feature.
