Commercial Brokerage - Matching Buyers with Deals in the Market

I am curious to hear feedback from any commercial real estate brokers who use this platform, particularly if you've had any success (or not) in being able to create a system that syncs/matches up contacts in your database with deals in the market that you input (listings or off-market deals you come across).

For example, if I enter a land deal that is 52 acres and zoned industrial, is the system capable of running a report and generating a list of contacts that meet those two criteria?
