Multiple Organizations per Deal and Automatically Add Organization Members to Deal

I want to request more flexibility in the data model with associations for Deal -> Organization -> Person.
We often have situations where multiple organizations might be involved in a specific deal. We currently need to work around this with custom fields, but this limits our ability to use some of the deal tracking features.
It would also be nice if the people in an organization would automatically be associated with a deal or at least an option to do so. We can automate this with our API integrations, but would also like to see this when we manually create deals.
