We have Okta as the IDP/SSO, upon clicking on Pipedrive application OKTA dashboard it opens the app on a separate tab asks us to enter our domain name- after we enter it it does a loop and comes back to the same screen- contacted support multiple times with no success- requested to connect with support engineer over zoom/google meet and denied, no one has access so no way to chat with them just email
Any guidance on how best to resolve this issue
