All call outcomes not showing up after the calls

We have set up a few call outcomes in caller settings, but they do not show up after the call is closed.

I am attaching the image screenshot of how it should be as per the Pipedrive knowledgebase. We are just not able to see these outcomes. Is there any setting to make them appear like this screenshot?

    But, the screenshot I sent is from your own help system page. I don't understand why we cant see and why we cant set these up
