It would be convenient if once a phone number is given by a client, the program identifies the country of origin of the phone number and the time zone it is found in.

Hi there @TheOther , I faced this issue and built an extension to solve it: it determines the location based on phone number and gets you the local time. You can then sort your leads with the built-in filtering: https://www.pipedrive.com/en/marketplace/app/local-times/c2a27c1d409886f1
