Mark deal as lost after followup email is sent
We have an email template which we sent 2 weeks after a quote or proposal has been sent.
I would like to have the deal automatically marked as lost if the deal does not receive any updates within the next 2 weeks.
Is this possible with automations?

It depends on how you define 'does not receive any updates'.1

Does not receive any updates isn’t the problem I have.
I would like to know how to set the trigger to start an automation based on a specific email template (or subject wording) that has been sent.
Do you know if this is possible?0
