BCC sending

Hello,

I am sending emails from email address that is different from my log in address.

When sending emails and inserting BCC deal address it does not appear in deal ticket Why? . How to make it work?

I cannot change log in email address for inner company reasons.

So the question is how to make appear send emails from email address that is different from log in address?

    In this case, you have to add the email address as an alternate email and verify also from the mail address. For example, if you use a company mail address to log in, but a personal one to forward emails to PD, you should 1) add the personal email as an alternate 2) access the personal email to validate this via a confirmation email.
