Hi dev team,

Please can you look proactively sending out messages to contacts via Whatsapp Business / Twilio in the Pipedrive platform. I appreciate the responsive capabilities in the lead gen section.

We currently use Front and prefer to use Pipedrive for everything.

Separately, to respond to Whatsapp Business message in the Pipedrive app would be great as our clients are based in the Middle East!

Thanks!

With the new communication technologies, currently few people still view their emails throughout the day, it would be interesting and practical to be able to have an automation of sending messages directly through whats app and also to have its integration with the platform as we have the possibility to view and manage our emails. I would like to be able to create message sending triggers for whatsapp bussiness.

Some options for you are listed here: https://www.amitsarda.xyz/post/integrate-pipedrive-and-whatsapp

I am also working on a chrome extension to allow people to send templated WhatsApp messages from the browser at the click of a button. If there is enough demand for it, I will fast-track it.

    Hi

I did have a look at that and it isn't great. The facebook messenger app works really well but I do use WhatsApp so would be amazing if someone could look at that please.

    Thanks

You can try any of the options mentioned in this post. From the look of it, JustCall would fit the bill.

I would recommend reaching out to the Pipedrive support team to see if there are any workarounds that you can use. They may be able to help you find a way to send proactive messages and respond to WhatsApp Business messages in Pipedrive without having to use a third-party app like Front.

It would be great to integrate Whatsapp conversations for agile negotiations as it works for emails

Hi @Miguel Alvarez I have merged your feedback to the existing feedback thread on the topic of a Whatsapp Business integration.
There is no native support for Whatsapp in Pipedrive, but you can leverage existing Marketplace integrations that bridge Whatsapp and Pipedrive. In addition to the suggestions above by other users, it is also worth checking out Pipechat and TimelinesAI
