I need to set up a sandbox account for API testing, does this have to be requested from Pipedrive support & am I right in saying it has to be requested by the Admin of an existing paid Pipedrive account?

Thanks, and how do I import settings from another PIpedrive account? I want to clone the Piplelines and custom fields in the sandbox account, is that a simple import/export ?
