tracking of email should be visible to everyone in the same group or within the company. Without this feature, tracking is unusable.
Hi, I agree on this and I recently asked Pipedrive via support to have this ability. I am the Administrator and I have to prepare Marketing Reports which include who has and hasn't opened marketing emails. The only way I can find out is to go to the User that sent them which is not very practical and he is very busy.
Pipedrive, is this something that can be done fairly soon?
