Zendesk Integration - Call recordings
We are writing you regarding the Pipedrive and Zendesk Integration,
As you know, the Zendesk Suite provides a lot of features Including Ticketing Systems, Call Center Capabilities etc...
As it stands, the Pipedrive and Zendesk Integration is only linked to the Ticketing System portion of Zendesk, which means we can only put ticket updates in corresponding leads and pull info from Pipedrive Leads into Zendesk Tickets.
What we are suggesting is to enable Pipedrive to pull info from Zendesk's such as Call Recordings and put them in their corresponding Leads. We think that the Calling features is a gray area which can be so useful.
Do you think we can get enough upvotes to add this feature to the Pipedrive and Zendesk Integration.
