Hi everyone!

Currently building a sales process in CRM. Overall process is

  1. Callcentre pitch a demo
  2. Phone receiver interested to hear more
  3. Demo Call
  4. Setting demo account and testing
  5. Collecting feedback and nurturing
  6. Becoming client and onboarding

I am thinking about how to create stages in Pipedrive for this. Idea:

  1. Callcentre pitch a demo
  2. Phone receiver interested to hear more - LEAD INBOX
  3. Demo Call - if went well and is interested, then 1st stage QUALIFIED
  4. Setting demo account and testing - 2nd stage - DEMO created
  5. Collecting feedback and nurturing - 3rd stage - VALIDATED
  6. Becoming client and onboarding - 4h stage - COMMITED
  7. All things done - WON

What is your experience?

    @Martin Pecha_2338

This looks great! Are you looking to qualify Leads within the Deals Pipeline? There isn't really a right or wrong way, but just in case, there is a Leads Inbox free in Pipedrive where you can store Leads that can be qualified using emails/activities and capturing data. Then once qualified, converted to a Deal in a Pipeline with your first stage being say Demo call?

Let me know if you want more help here, I can workflow map CRM processes considering Pipedrive's terminology and feature availability. Contact me direct or @Bruce Bignell for more info on how we can get you started

    Thanks 😊
