What's your workaround in the absence of a Gantt chart?
Currently I am experimenting with porting the CSV of our deals into Notion through Zapier. It works, but it doesn't always pull up accurate information at any given time, especially when deals are updated. Would love suggestions on something that integrates with Pipedrive (Asana would have been good, but paying the subscription for only a Gantt chart feature is rather steep).

Is the objective in applying deals to a Gantt chart format to see a visual based on expected close date?

Yes, and also the current deals that the team is working on, to gauge workload and expected close dates. For the most part, we can filter and see the dates for each deal, but it's very easy to miss overloads if you have to filter for every team member and then compare.
