Support on Phone integration

If I have existing telephony system for my business which I am already paying for, how can I get a free app to integrate in Pipeline to support my current telephone systems without extra cost implication in any way but maintain my existing lines with current provider.

    What kind of phone system are you currently using? We have a list of direct phone integrations on our Marketplace here under Phone Solutions. All details can be found under a specific integration as these aremostly built by the Phone system or a 3rd party, not by Pipedrive.

    Other than that, we also have the option to connect systems like Skype or SIP-based phone systems. In this case, phone numbers would be turned clickable - no call logging etc. You can check more details about it here.
