Automatic addition of date and time in the notes of the activities

Hello everyone,
It would be very effective if I could add the date and time automatically to notes I add to a certain activity. At the moment I have to write it manually and it takes a lot of time. I directed the request to Jorge from the support team. Jorge handles my every request in an efficient and fast manner and he replied that in a brainstorming session he did among the members of the support team they came to the conclusion that this function does not currently exist and it would be nice if you would add it. Jorge asked me to write the topic on the community's site forum and that's what I'm doing.
