An appointment booked via the scheduler is not shown in my calendar.. Neither in pipedrive nor in my outlook. That leads to double-bookings. Any idea? Thanks.

How do you know this event is booked if it does not show in your Pipedrive Calendar? Looks like something that our Support team should check further, please reach out to the official team via in-app chat or email [email protected] to get some more clarity on exact examples. Thank you!
Pipedrive support could solve my problem. - I chose "two way sync" as sync style. My mistake: You can choose the kind of activity that shall be synced to your outlook calendar. I had deactivated too many of them.
