Do not exclude deals with a single payment date from forecast

It appears that deals which have a payment start date set, but no payment end date, are excluded from the forecast view. This can be confusing or frustrating if the user doesn't know why they are being excluded. Pipedrive will accept setting only a payment start date, which have often done and initially assumed was the same as setting a one-day payment date range. The UI does not flag or complain about the missing end date, so the user has no way to know functionality elsewhere will be affected (the deal will be excluded from forecasts).
